INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION TO NURSERY & LKG (2024-25)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please read the below mentioned instructions carefully:

IMPORTANT DATES:
1 Application form for Registration to Nursery & LKG will be available Online from Monday 11th December, 2023 to Saturday 16th December, 2023.
2 Hard Copy of Online filled Forms will be submitted in the Junior Wing School Office with the necessary documents (Kindly refer the list of documents below) from Monday 18th December, 2023 to Thursday 21th December, 2023 between (09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) only.
3 The identification (interaction) of the child with parents will be held in the School from Tuesday 2nd January, 2024 onwards (Exact Dates & Time Slots will be displayed on the admission dashboard only).
4 Status for Admission for the Session 2024-25 will be declared on Sunday 14th January 2024 (Status will be displayed on admission dashboard only). No waiting list will be declared further.
5 Selected admission will have to collect their Admission Form & Admission Fee slip from Junior Wing School Office from Monday 15th January, 2024 to Saturday, 20th January 2024 between (09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) only.
6 Parents are to come for the Admission formalities from Monday 22nd January, 2024 to Thursday 25th January, 2024.
7 The offer for admission automatically stands cancelled after the given dates.

FORM FILLING INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Application Forms for registration to Nursery & LKG will be available on the school website (www.stfrancishathras.org) only.
2 Age for Admission as on 31st July 2024 for Class Nursery 3 Years to 4 Years (Children born between 31st July 2020 to 1st August 2021) can apply (above and under age forms will not be accepted).
3 Age for Admission as on 31st July 2024 for Class LKG 4 Years to 5 Years (Children born between 31st July 2019 to 1st August 2020) can apply (above and under age forms will not be accepted).
4 Fill in all the required information as indicated in the form. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
5 No change of NAME & DOB will be accepted. The NAME & DOB mentioned in the Registration Form will only be applicable.
6 It will be the sole responsibility of the parents for any error in the Registration Form.
7 Admission remains stands cancelled even if you have paid the Fee and if your form has an error.
8 Your negligence is not the reason for not following the instructions.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
1 Copy Of Online Registration Form.
2 Copy of Online Registration Fee Receipt.
3 Recent photograph of the child along with the parents, affixed on form.
4 Photocopy of Birth Certificate with the name of the child issued by the Municipality, registered at the time of birth (If name of the child is not mentioned in the Birth Certificate, kindly support it with affidavit with the name of the child).
5 Address Proof (Photocopy of any one of these: Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Electricity Bill/ Driving Licence of parents).
6 Sibling (Real Brother not cousin) proof – Photocopy of the latest mark sheet of St. Francis Inter College.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Registration Fee payment INR 500/- (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only) will be made through Online Mode (through admission dashboard) only.
2 Before you proceed with payment make sure that the entries are absolutely correct.
3 Once payment is made, no correction whatsoever will be acknowledged/entertained.
4 Registration Form can only be downloaded after payment is made.
5 Selected admission will have to submit the Admission Fee INR 18,000/- (Indian Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) through admission fee slip in the bank at the time of admission.
6 Fees Once paid will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Admission status of the applicant would be displayed on admission dashboard only.
2 No list will be displayed in the school office; no enquiry regarding the status for the admission from the school office will be entertained (refer admission dashboard only)
3 To know the status kindly:
3.1 Log in to the Admission Portal.
3.2 Use your registered Mobile No. (that you used during form filling process).
PLEASE NOTE : EVERY COMMUNICATION REGARDING ADMISSION WOULD BE DONE/DISPLAYED ON ADMISSION DASHBOARD ONLY, SO WE REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE DASHBOARD ON THE REGULAR BASIS, DO NOT WAIT FOR ANY KIND OF SMS FROM SCHOOL SIDE.
